We carry out geotechnical, topographic, hydrological and hydraulic engineering surveys that form a reliable basis for the design work that follows
In-house surveys give accurate data on the site, terrain, soils, siting conditions and other source parameters that design decisions depend on directly. This matters especially on complex facilities, where errors at the source-data stage lead to extra costs, reworked documentation and shifted deadlines
Survey results support better-grounded engineering decisions, more accurate load calculations and the choice of optimal structural and technical approaches. Working this way reduces the number of assumptions in the design, lowers the risk of errors and keeps the budget within reasonable limits before construction even begins
We carry out comprehensive inspections of the technical condition of residential, commercial and industrial buildings and structures. The work includes visual diagnostics, instrumental investigation of structures, expert assessment and a report with recommendations.
Our specialists first perform a visual inspection to identify cracks, deformations and damage, then carry out instrumental testing — material testing, stress measurement and checks of the building services. The findings are summarised in an expert assessment of how serious the identified problems are.
Based on the inspection we draw up an action plan to remedy defects and ensure safe operation. The work is performed in accordance with SP RK 1.04-101-2012, both during construction and during the operation of existing facilities.
Design and Estimate Documentation
We prepare design and estimate documentation for facilities of all kinds, taking into account the current standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, technical requirements and the objectives of the specific facility
We deliver the full range of design work across the architectural, urban planning and engineering sections, so the project is not merely prepared on paper but genuinely ready to be built. We account for site specifics, facility parameters, utility loads and future operating requirements
We prepare documentation in the scope required for expert review, approval and subsequent construction. In developing solutions we focus not only on compliance with standards but on sound engineering judgement: we help avoid over-engineering, optimise the budget and reduce the risk of rework once construction is under way
We develop the Environmental Protection section (EPS) — a mandatory part of the design documentation setting out measures to minimise the facility's impact on the environment. The section undergoes environmental review and is prepared for facilities of every environmental hazard category.
The work involves analysing the construction site with regard to natural conditions and proximity to residential areas, and carrying out an environmental impact assessment with emission and waste calculations. Based on this data we develop specific measures to reduce the environmental load — emission treatment methods, land reclamation and other environmental solutions.
We support the permit process, including approvals with the authorised bodies and passing environmental review in accordance with the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Construction Support and Designer Supervision
We support the project during construction and verify that the work performed matches the design solutions, so the facility is built without deviating from the approved documentation.
We get involved in the day-to-day issues that arise during construction and help preserve the logic of the design on site. This makes it possible to spot discrepancies in good time, handle changes properly and prevent decisions being taken without regard to the design documentation and technical constraints
Designer supervision and technical support matter most on facilities that involve many engineering sections and where the cost of an error is high. We stay with the process through to commissioning, helping the client retain control, delivery quality and conformity with the design at every key stage
Concept Design and Obtaining Initial Permit Documentation
We prepare the concept design and guide you through obtaining the initial permit documentation required to start design work, secure approvals and deliver the facility
This stage sets the foundation of the future project: the concept, key parameters, siting of the facility, preliminary engineering solutions and the package of source data without which no further progress is possible without losing time. We help establish the right sequence of steps so that no critical document is missed at the very start
We manage the permit process so the client does not have to spend time coordinating several separate contractors. This approach speeds up the move to the next stage, reduces organisational errors and avoids delays caused by an incomplete or incorrectly prepared set of documents
