Total estimated construction cost
KZT 1,215,701.138 thousand at 2026 prices, including construction and installation works — KZT 915,848.213 thousand, equipment — KZT 16,977.768 thousand.
Description:
The project provides for the construction of a supply and in-village gas pipeline to gasify the settlements of Talapker, Osinovka, Abay and Novosyolovka in Kostanay Region. High-, medium- and low-pressure networks with a total length of over 43 km have been designed, together with 6 gas pressure regulating stations. System throughput exceeds 1,150 m³/h, providing a stable gas supply to housing and infrastructure. The project will improve living standards, secure a reliable energy supply and create conditions for the further development of these settlements.

  • design of the site plan (GP), external gas supply (GSN), cathodic protection (EKhZ), gas pipeline power supply (EG) and reinforced concrete structures (KZh).
