The project is to be financed from the national and local budgets under budget programme 012, "Development of the heat and power system".
Total estimated construction cost
KZT 411,506.024 thousand at 2026 prices, including construction and installation works — KZT 311,222.052 thousand, equipment — KZT 13,303.348 thousand.
The project covered the design of an underground gas pipeline tied into the existing main, together with a cabinet-type gas pressure regulating unit (GRPSh) with primary and standby reduction lines. It sets out solutions for pipe laying, shut-off valve installation and safe operation of the system. The project ensures reliable and safe gas transport, reduces operating risks and meets current requirements for utility infrastructure.
